Returned Packages

If your package is returned to us for any reason you will be issued a refund minus shipping cost. 

Incorrect Address

Returns Policy:

All orders placed are final sale. We do not process any returns/exchanges on any bath & body care product or feminine care products. There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed and fulfilled. Should you have any issues with your order, anything missing from your order, an incorrect product, please contact customer service via email at hydratedhottie@gmail.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal feminine care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
