How long does it take to ship my product?
As times have been a bit weird, especially since the pandemic, the Postal Service may be experiencing shipping and processing delays. Thus, there have been worldwide delays in packages... and the Hydrated Hottie is not the exception. 

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days.

We do not process orders that come in on Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays over the weekend, as on those days, the post office tends to close early or not be open at all, and we like to take special care in making sure your body care drip is ready to go.

Some orders such as custom drip apparel and bags may take a while longer due to being printed on demand. *Please allow us 7-9 business days to complete these orders.

What happens if my package is lost?

Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, The Hydrated Hottie is no longer responsible or liable. The Hydrated Hottie is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for errors via the carrier, or incorrect shipping info. If your shipping information was filled out incorrectly, please email us immediately.

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, so to resolve any issues please contact them directly from your tracking page. You will know which shipping service is attached to your order by clicking your tracking number.

Help! My Body Butter melted! 

*Hot Weather and Melting Disclaimer*

The Hydrated Hottie is not responsible for any melted shipments. Please know that whipped body butters and foaming scrubs stand the chance of melting when exposed to warm temperatures. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds or replacements on melted products. **Please refrain from leaving delivered packages in mailboxes or on porches during warmer weather. If possible, have your package delivered to an address where you'll be available for delivery.**

If your product whipped body butter does melt or gets soft, in spite of the efforts we have made to prevent it, don't worry! A melted product is not a bad product... We promise.

Here's How to Fix a Melted Body Butter: Leave your product at room temperature for a couple hours or pop it in the fridge or freezer for a bit and it'll go back to solid. It may look a little different, but it will still be the same super nourishing buttah. It will still go on easily, sink in quickly, and leave your skin feeling and smelling amazing. However, if you still desire a whipped consistency, you can re-whip your product by mixing it with a standard kitchen mixer (like those used for mixing cake batter or whipping cream) at a high-speed setting for 3-5 minutes. When the mixture starts to increase in volume, you're good to go! Just spoon it back into your jar and viola! Enjoy!

What are your hours?
The Hydrated Hottie hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am to 9 pm CST.
Saturdays 11 am - 5 pm.
Sundays we are closed.

Although our store is closed on Sundays, we love using our Saturdays to cater to customer service, thus we do not process orders placed after 5 PM Friday night until Monday morning. This means, there may be a slight delay in your order if placed on a Friday.

What happens if packages are returned?
If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be issued a refund minus the shipping cost. 

Help! I put in the incorrect address. What should I do?
If you input an incorrect address at checkout, your order will be canceled and refunded. For questions, please email us at thehydratedhottie@gmail.com

Can I return a product?
All orders placed are final sale. We do not process any returns/exchanges on feminine care products, body oils/butters, scrubs, soaps, or bars. There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed and fulfilled and scanned by the post office. 

Exception: Should you have any issues with your order, such as anything missing from your order, an incorrect product, or wrong size of the hydrated hottie apparel, please contact our customer service via email at thehydratedhottie@gmail.com

We allow exchanges of apparel if the sizing is off. However, we do require a $10 restocking fee. You must also pay for shipping and handling. 

**Damages and issues*** 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
