Can I return a product?
Hey, hottie! Due to the nature of the product, all orders placed are final sale. We do not process any returns/exchanges on any of the body care products.
There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed and fulfilled and scanned by the post office.
Exception: Should you have any issues with your order, such as anything missing from your order, an incorrect product, or wrong size of the hydrated hottie apparel, please contact our customer service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We allow exchanges of apparel if the sizing is off. However, we do require a $10 restocking fee. You must also pay for shipping and handling to return the product.
**Damages and issues***
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
